PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovered solvent regenerating method for enabling the regeneration of a solvent low in the content of an organic acid without performing specific treatment such as neutralization or distillation operation by selectively and continuously removing the organic acid using a hydrophilic adsorbing material in a solvent recovery apparatus even in a case that the organic acid is contained in organic solvent-containing gas when the organic solvent generated at the time of printing is recovered in the solvent recovery apparatus.SOLUTION: An organic solvent regenerating method is characterized by recovering a solvent low in the content of organic acids by bringing the organic solvent-containing gas into contact with the adsorbing material in an organic solvent recovery apparatus for recovering gas containing the organic solvent generated when printing to remove the organic acids contained in the organic solvent-containing gas.
