PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive emulsifier for emulsion polymerization, improving the stability at the emulsion polymerization, capable of reducing the trouble of processes caused by the reduction of foaming of a polymer dispersion, improving water resistance or the like of a polymer film obtained from the polymer dispersion, and especially exhibiting the remarkable effects when styrene is contained as a monomer.SOLUTION: There is provided an emulsifier for emulsion polymerization, containing a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, substituent D is a polymerizable unsaturated group; and substituent Ris 1-6C alkyl). |
