PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing that has improved sealing performance of an engagement part between a sealing device and an outer ring so as to prevent intrusion of foreign matter from the engagement part.SOLUTION: An outer ring 2 has a concave part 2e that hollows over the whole circumference in a seal adhesion part 2d that is an end face in an axial direction. A hermetic device 7 includes a core metal 71 that has a cylindrical part 71a which is press-fitted to an inner circumferential surface of the end part of the outer ring 2 and a seal 72 that is fixed to the core metal 71 and contacts an outer circumferential surface of an inner axis 3 slidably. The core metal 71 extends outward in a radial direction from the end part on a bearing outward side of the cylindrical part 71a, and includes a disk-like abutting part 71c that abuts against the seal adhesion part 2d. The seal 72 includes a disk part formed along the outward side in an axial direction of the abutting part 71c, an adhesion part that extends outward in a radial direction from the end part on an outer diameter side of the disk part and adheres fast to the seal adhesion part 2d in an elastically deformed state, and a convex part that projects from the inward side in an axial direction of the adhesion part and is fitted to a concave part 2e with an interference. |
