PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition grinding wheel capable of electrodepositing abrasive grains on a grinding rotor so as not to come off, improving grinding endurance as compared with conventional grinding wheels, and ensuring high grinding efficiency.SOLUTION: Electrodeposition abrasive gains are equipped with grinding parts in which a plurality of grooves are arranged on a face of a rotating base metal in a rotating direction and a nonparallel direction, and abrasive grains are electrodeposited on the grooves so as to be fitted to the grooves and project from upper parts of the grooves. The grooves comprise two or more kinds of grooves different in depth. In the electrodeposition grinding wheel, the grooves have V-shaped cross section or wide U-shaped or trapezoidal cross-section upper part. |
