PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic pressure control device and a method of manufacturing the same, reducing a part number by liquid-tightly sealing opening ends without using plug members at the plurality of passage ends of a fluid block, capable of lessening equipment in a manufacturing process by eliminating the plug members, and resultantly inexpensive.SOLUTION: A material around opening ends of passages 2 in a fluid block 1 is deformed radially inward of the passages 2 to close cross sections of the opening ends. With a tool 3 having a pressing face larger than a diameter of the opening ends of the passages 2, by pressing the tool 3 against the fluid block 1 inward of the fluid block 1 in an axis longitudinal direction of the passages 2, the material around the opening ends of the passages is deformed radially inward of the passages 2 to close the cross sections of the opening ends. |
