The present invention relates to a neutralization and purification apparatus for waste gypsum and waste lime, separating heavy metals by neutralizing and purifying waste gypsum and waste lime. The apparatus comprises: first pulverizing means injecting and pulverizing waste gypsum and waste lime; second pulverizing means re-pulverizing the pulverized material discharged from the first pulverizing means and supplied by transfer means; neutralizing agent-fixed quantity-supply means supplying a neutralizing agent to the second pulverizing means; third pulverizing means re-pulverizing the pulverized material discharged from the second pulverizing means, and supplied by the transfer means; water supply means supplying water to the third pulverizing means; rotary type wet selecting means separating the pulverized material discharged from the third pulverizing means into not over than a fixed size; wet specific gravity selecting means separating heavy metals from the waste gypsum and waste lime filtered by the fixed size; and a transfer pump transferring the filtered waste gypsum and waste lime to the wet specific gravity selecting means. |
