The present invention provides a construction method for repairing a concrete pavement by coating the same with asphalt concrete, which includes a cleaning step for cleaning the surface of a concrete pavement (10); a primer coating step for forming a primer layer (20) by coating the surface of the concrete pavement with primer; a reinforcement body attaching step for forming a reinforcement layer (30) by attaching a lattice type reinforcement body (31) on the upper part of the primer layer (20); and a repair layer forming step for forming a repair layer (40) by pouring asphalt concrete of which an attachment force to the reinforcement layer (30) is relatively weak on the upper surface of the reinforcement layer (30). Therefore, the present invention can obtain commonality in long periods by preventing reflection cracking.
