The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence display device allowing stably compensating a threshold voltage of a driving transistor. The organic electroluminescence display device of the present invention comprises pixels which includes a driving transistor and initializes a gate electrode voltage of the driving transistor by initialization power; a gray scale determination unit which generates a gray scale value using data supplied from the outside; and an initialization power generation unit which controls a voltage value of the initialization power in correspondence to the gray scale value.
