Particularly, for providing a remote, controlling device for the electronic apparatus, a three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit which uses a delay time measuring method (Time of Flight: TOF) to extract the three-dimensional coordinate data, a touch position calculating unit using the first spatial coordinate and the second coordinate spatial coordinate received from the three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit, and to calculate the coordinate data from the straight line connecting the coordinates of the contact point coordinate to the electronic device, a control unit which generates command code from the touch position calculating unit to correspond to the coordinate data of the contact operation to perform the pre-instructed instructions and also includes a virtual processing unit which inputs the command code to the main control unit of the electronic device, and therefore, the invention enables the user to manipulate the device more quickly and precisely without having to display and touch the pointer on the screen.
