PURPOSE: A digital X-ray image detecting device for scanning with a light switching method is provided to enable to increase an absorption rate of X-rays by using a conductive material and to have advantages of obtaining little noise and high DQE(Detection Quantum Efficiency). CONSTITUTION: A digital X-ray image detecting device for scanning with a light switching method comprises an X-ray PCL(Photo Conductive Layer)(120), a CAL(Charge Accumulation Layer)(130), a light generator(170), a lower electrode(150), a readout PCL(140), and a control unit. The X-ray PCL absorbs X-rays when projecting the X-rays, thereby generating an electron and a positive hole. The CAL stores the electron converted in the X-ray PCL. The light generator generating lights of predetermined frequencies for collecting image signals is formed of a plurality of line light sources. The lower electrode transmits the lights. The read output PCL generates the electron and the positive hole when receiving the transmitted lights, and combines the generated positive holes and the electrons collected in the CAL. The control unit turns on the line light sources successively. |
