PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement head for an air micrometer which can be easily manufactured and can perform highly accurate measurement. SOLUTION: In a measurement head 13 for an air micrometer in which a plurality of vertical passages T1-T3 extend along an axial direction and a plurality of horizontal passages Y1-Y3 extend along a radial direction at a plurality of positions A-C in an axial direction of a probe 17, connected to respective vertical passages T1-T3 and opened on the outer surface of the probe 17 are formed inside the probe 17 to be inserted into a hole to be measured, the probe 17 is composed of a plurality of tubes P1-P3 concentrically superposed in the radial direction, and the vertical passages T1-T3 are respectively formed between the center of the innermost tube P1 in the radial direction and the tubes P1-P3 superposed to each other.
