The present invention relates to a device for supplying and blocking a liquid or gas during a leak test and, more specifically, to a device comprising a tube sheet (11), a tube (10) which is appropriately positioned on the tube sheet, and a first or second supplying and blocking device (100, 200) which is assembled and installed in the tube in order to supply a liquid or gas or to prevent leakage.
