PURPOSE: A Zn^2+ ion selective fluorescence probe is provided to selectively combine with a Zn^2+ ion without an interference phenomenon about other metal ions and excel as an imaging probe of intracellular Zn^2+ ions for biological use by high cytopermeability. CONSTITUTION: A Zn^2+ selective fluorescence probe of a chemical formula 1 is provided. A manufacturing method of the Zn^2+ selective fluorescence probe manufacture a compound of the chemical formula 1 by reacting a compound of a chemical formula 3 with trifluoroacetic acid. The compound of the chemical formula 3 is manufactured by reacting a compound of a chemical formula 4 with t-butylbromoacetate. The compound of the chemical formula 4 is manufactured by reacting a compound of a chemical formula 5 with triphenylphosphine (PPh_3) and pyridine. |
