LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE HAVING PATTERNED INTERFACE AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A light emitting device includes a patterned interface which is composed of a plurality of different preset pattern structures which are repeated. Arbitrary adjacent preset pattern structures are different. A method for manufacturing the light emitting device includes the steps of: providing a base material; generating a random pattern array according to a simulation; forming a mask layer with the random pattern array on the base material; and forming the surface of the base material with the random pattern array by removing a part of the base material.
