The device has a motorized device for adjusting a position of angular travel end stops (14, 15) with respect to a frame (13) and displacing the stops to change position of the stops with respect to the frame. Each stop is formed of a cam secured in rotation to a driven shaft (24) and extended according to an angular sector around the driven shaft. The cam has a shape such that a contact zone of the stop formed by the cam is at radial distance with respect to the driven shaft, where the distance is varied according to an angular position of the shaft with respect to the frame. An independent claim is also included for a control device of an aircraft.
