PURPOSE: A nano-structured spherical metal mold and a manufacturing method of anti-reflective plastic lens using thereof are provided to effectively manufacture nano-structured spherical metal mold by applying an anodic oxidation process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A nano-structured spherical metal mold comprises next steps: manufacturing an aluminum template with arbitrary curvature, concave or swollen form and smooth surface using a mechanical machining and a polishing and an electro-polishing; performing a first anode oxidation on the template; eliminating aluminium oxide which is produced in the previous step; performing a second anode oxidation on a product of the previous step; and manufacturing the nano-structured spherical metal mold. Another way to manufacture an aluminum template is using a machining method and an electro polishing method. |
