The invention discloses a realizing method of open services, comprising the following steps of: receiving a service request message transmitted by a client side and acquiring service state information saved corresponding to a service identification when determining that a request object is not in the locally-administrated service range according to the service identification carried by the service request message by a service-publishing platform; and refusing to respond the service request message when determining that the service indicated by the service identification is unavailable according to the acquired service state information. Therefore, the realization cost cannot be increased and the dynamic expandable service streaming and quarantining can be realized; meanwhile, the streaming strategy can be flexibly configured according to the service request and the effect of service quarantining can be improved, thereby improving the stability and the availability of the integral service of the system and improving the service quality. The invention simultaneously discloses the service-publishing platform for administrating the open services and an internet system for providing the open services. |
