The present invention relates to a sludge pulverizer, and more particularly, to a sludge pulverizer which pulverizes the top and bottom of sludges which are free of moisture in two steps to discharge fine power. The sludge pulverizer according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical drum; fixed blade arranged on the inner circumference of the drum; a rotatable blade which is coupled to the drum to rotate and in which the end part is installed adjacent to the fixed blade; a roller which is installed in the upper part of the rotatable blade and is brought into a rolling contact with the inner circumference of the drum; and a discharging hole which is placed in the lower part of the drum to spray air to suspend sludges. The sludges are first pulverized by a rotatable blade, which rotates near the fixed blade, to be small particles, and the sludges with small particles are suspended with air to be pulverized for the second time by the roller to be discharged as powder, thereby ensuring a swift burning process in a furnace with less energy. |
