摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Makkoli using mistletoe comprising: (a1) a step for preparing hard-boiled rice by soaking glutinous brown rice in water and steaming; (a2) a step for preparing a first mixture by mixing 70-80 weight% of the hard-boiled rice and 20-30 weight% of nuruk; (a3) a step for preparing a second mixture by mixing 80-85 weight% of the first mixture and 15-20 weight% of seed mash, then fermenting for 1.8-2.2 hours; (a4) a step for mixing 30-45 weight% of the second mixture and 55-70 weight% of yacon juice made by blending fresh yacon, thereby preparing a third mixture; (b) a step for preparing mistletoe water by brewing dried mistletoe in water several times; (c1) a step for preparing a fourth mixture by mixing 30-40 weight% of the third mixture and 60-70 weight% of the mistletoe water; and (c2) a step for sealing the fourth mixture and fermenting at 15-25°C for 3-5 days. According to the present invention, main ingredients in the mistletoe can be contained in the Makkoli so that the Makkoli good for health can be provided.
