PURPOSE: Boo dae jigae(thick Korean soup) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve taste and flavor of the boo dae jigae with herbal medicines by using meat juice made with materials of the herbal medicines. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of boo dae jigae includes the following steps: preparing meat juice, spice, vegetables, noodles, kimchi, ham, sausages, chopped meat, soybeans, tofu, and rice cake; putting Crataegus pinnatifida, Hordeum vulgare L., Massa medicata fermentata of 15 ~ 20g and a Solomons seal of 180 ~ 220g in water 25 ~ 35l; manufacturing the meat juice by heating materials in 80-100°C for 3 ~ 4 hours; and heating solid materials in a container for 6 ~ 10 minutes. |
