The present invention relates to a coil assembly and, more specifically, to a jig assembly and a manufacturing method using the same for manufacturing the coil assembly for a cheap slotless motor with a simple manufacturing process and excellent workability. The jig assembly comprises a post comprising a heating unit; wedge units which are extended and to a radial direction on the circumference and arranged along a circumferential direction; and a pressing member which is moved by a driving device in the radial direction through guide passages formed between the wedge units. Provided is the jig assembly for manufacturing the coil assembly that the number of wedge units is equal to the number of coils. |
