The present invention provides a multi-microplate based optical log capable of concurrently proceeding measuring and maintaining cell growth abilities for long time by comprising: a first plate; a second plate which is distanced from the first plate; a loading dock in which inner side can be sealed by the first and second plates, and which can accommodate the microplate; gas inlets which are equipped in at least one part among the first and second plates; a heating unit which can heat inside the loading dock; and a first transporting unit which can move the first and second plates to be near or farther from the loading dock. |
