An apparatus for removing oily components from an electrodeposition tank is provided to prevent a decline in painting quality caused by oily components in a painting process of a vehicle by removing oily components floating on a solution in a tank effectively. An apparatus for removing oily components of an electrodeposition tank includes: a pump(20) provided below a main tank(10) to suck in a solution; a back filter(31) provided to remove iron, foreign substances, and oily components from the solution while passing the sucked solution through the filter; an incoming nozzle installed along a wall of the main tank so that the solution passed through the back filter can be re-introduced into the main tank; a guide rail provided on the inner side of the main tank; an oily component container(200) which moves along the guide rail and is provided to float on the surface of the solution; an air pump(300) capable of sucking in the surface solution via the oily component container; and an oily component filter(400) provided to remove the oily component from the surface solution transferred by the air pump. |
