The present invention provides to a coating method of a fluorine-containing dry coating agent, capable of uniformly and extensively forming a film on a substrate without being influenced by the lot of a fluorine-containing organosilane compound. The coating method of the present invention is a coating method of a fluorine-containing dry coating agent which is characterized by being manufactured by diluting 100 parts by mass of the fluorine-containing organosilane compound with 100-99,900 parts by mass of a diluent for a fluorine-containing dry coating agent comprising (A) at least one type selected from fluorine-based solvents having a boiling point of at least 100°C and less than 135°C under normal pressure and (B) at least one type selected from fluorine-based solvent having a boiling point of 80-200°C under normal pressure and containing at least one component which differs from the component of (A), wherein the mass ratio of (A)/(B) ranges 95/5-5/95, and is characterized by performing dry-coating on a substrate using the coating agent. |
