PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional soup is provided to manufacture the functional soup containing active ingredients of milk vetch roots and beta-carotene, and to be able to be easily taken. CONSTITUTION: A first mixture is manufactured by mixing 10-40 weight% of roasted rice flour, 10-40 weight% of glutinous rice flour, 0.5-10 weight% of corn starch, 0.5-10 weight% of garlic powder, 0.5-10 weight% of ginger powder, and 0.5-10 weight% of refined salt. A second mixture is manufactured by mixing 5-30 weight% of perilla powder, 5-30 weight% of chicken powder, 0.1-5 weight% of pepper powder with 0.5-20 weight% of milk vetch roots, and 0.5-20 weight% of beta-glucan powder. The second mixture is coated on the surface of the first mixture. |
