PURPOSE: A damping force variable valve assembly of a shock absorber is provided to effectively damp minor vibration from a road surface by improving a damping force property in an ultra low-speed section, thereby improving ride comport of a car. CONSTITUTION: A damping force variable valve assembly (140) of a shock absorber comprises a main valve (150), a back pressure chamber (160), and an ultra low-speed control valve (170). The main valve is installed on a valve body (151) to cover a main flow path (151a) of a valve body. The back pressure chamber changes a counter force of the main valve against a fluid which passes through the main flow path by the changes of pressure inside the chamber. The ultra low-speed control valve is installed in parallel with the main valve, and generates a damping force even though the moving speed of a working fluid is very low. |
