PURPOSE: An upper support structure of a floating marine structure and a method thereof are provided to effectively prevent the drooping of an upper wall of a hull by stably supporting a stool against the hull. CONSTITUTION: A floating marine structure(1) comprises a hull(10), equipment(35), a plurality of stools(30), and inner walls(18). The hull comprises an upper wall(14), a lower wall(13), and left and right side walls(11,12). The equipment is installed on left and right sides on the upper wall and liquefies natural gas. The stools are arranged between the equipment and the upper wall in order to support the equipment. The inner walls are divided into left and right storage tanks under the upper wall and installed lengthwise inside the hull. The left and right equipment are arranged on the left and right storage tank, respectively. |
