The device has a fitting (8) in form of a case attached together with a blade assembling pin (7) that assures attachment of articulation of mortise and tenon joint of root (2') of blade. The mortise and tenon joint is formed in a cover formed by an arm of pitch articulation sleeve, so that the root is fixed according to an angle (gamma) with respect to the cover to assure ground height for end of the folded blade after unlocking the device. The root in the shape of tenon for each blade is placed and blocked in diametrically opposite grooves (8') inside the fitting.
