The method involves measuring temperature, density and volume of liquid traversing in a mass densimeter, where the liquid is a gas and particle free homogeneous liquid. The measured data are transmitted by a data processing or analog unit. Mass density of distillates is observed. Theoretical alcohol level at 20 degrees Celsius is calculated or computed, by automated calculation, based on observation. The mass density is operated in an automated system of a still. The data is transmitted for remote monitoring, or local or remote supervision of the alcohol level.
