The structure has a heat exchanger (73) e.g. air heat exchanger, for cooling of exhaust fumes. The heat exchanger includes an enclosure (74), and a bypass circuit (78) is arranged with a water outlet. A connection (77) is arranged for connecting the heat exchanger to the bypass circuit. The heat exchanger is partially integrated into a selected element of an internal combustion engine (60) e.g. petrol engine, along an external wall (62) of a casing cylinder (61) of the internal combustion engine and is arranged for collecting exhaust fumes.
