A method of manufacturing a light emitting device having a scattering center laminated with a plurality of insulation layers and the light emitting device thereof are provided to decrease light transmittance and improve reflectance at the scattering center by forming the scattering center configuring a DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector). A first conductive type semiconductor layer(221) is formed on a substrate. A plurality of scattering centers are formed by laminating more than two insulation layers with different refraction rates alternately on the first conductive type semiconductor layer. The first conductive type semiconductor layers are laminated alternately on the scattering center over two times. An active layer(240) and a second conductive type semiconductor layer(223) are formed on the first conductive type semiconductor layer. |
