PURPOSE: An eccentric radius variable cam and a variable valve actuator with the same are provided to improve the stability of operation by fixing an eccentric radius variable cam and the center of rotation of each component to adjust the lift distance of a valve. CONSTITUTION: An eccentric radius variable cam and a variable valve actuator with the same comprise an inner cam(100) and an outer cam(200). The inner cam is integrally rotated with a cam shaft(40) or independently rotated with the cam shaft by being coupled with the cam shaft. The outer cam is mounted to surround the cam surface of the inner cam and is integrally rotated with the cam shaft. The outer cam is independently rotated with the inner cam.
