The fixed part (80) has a stationary part (70) including a support portion (61) mounted with a wear part (62) from an abradable material. An intermediate piece (63) is partially inserted between the support portion of the stationary part and the wear part, where the coefficient of thermal expansion of the intermediate piece is greater than that of the support portion, and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the wear part is greater than or equal to that of the intermediate piece. The intermediate piece is made of a material selected from titanium-aluminum alloys. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a labyrinth seal device (2) a turbomachine.
