PURPOSE: A device for inserting a metal nut is provided to prevent melting solution from leaking around each insert hole by melting the inner surface of each insert hole in a proper thickness with the metal nut and to bury the metal nut into each insert hole to a predetermined depth. CONSTITUTION: A nut adsorbing rod of a device for inserting a metal nut comprises a heating wire path(7), a heating wire connector(71), and a heat sensing line(9). The heating wire connector is screw-coupled to the other side of the nut adsorbing rod for connecting to an upper part of the heating wire path. The heat sensing line is exposed to the lower end of a ceramic tip through one vacuum adsorption hole(34) which is formed in the lower end of the ceramic tip. The heat sensing line directly contacts with the metal nut by vacuum adsorption effect of a plurality of vacuum adsorption holes and displays heating temperature of the metal nut heated in a high frequency inducing heating device(4) to a temperature control device in real time. |
