<p>The method involves controlling a decrease or increase in a play of clearance between a powertrain (1) of a vehicle i.e. car and a case (5), where a width of a space between the powertrain and the case is increased or decreased during the control. A beginning of request for engine torque is detected, and the play of clearance is decreased in the event of detection of beginning of request for engine torque, where a progressive increase in the play of clearance is performed subsequent to the decrease in the play of clearance. An independent claim is also included for a device for limiting vibration and/or acoustic nuisance in a motor vehicle.</p> |
