PURPOSE: A complex board panel for finishing inner and outer walls and a construction method thereof are provided to maximize insulation effects by forming an air layer between a complex board panel, an inner wall, and an outer wall and to improve the construction work efficiency using a prefabricated structure. CONSTITUTION: A complex board panel for finishing inner and outer walls is made by separately attaching a magnesium board (22) to the upper and lower sides of extruded polyethylene foam (21) which is compressed with a metal frame (30). A construction method of complex board panel for finishing inner and outer walls comprises the following steps: fixing an anchor bolt (60) to the inner or outer wall of concrete; inserting a fastening bracket (40) to the anchor bolt through a horizontal long hole (42); and joining anchor nut (61) to the anchor bolt and fixing the fastening bracket to the inner and outer walls of the concrete. |
