PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license plate mounting frame for vehicle proximity warning, capable of preferably warning that a vehicle approaches, by utilizing a license plate that is inevitably mounted to a vehicle when the vehicle travels on a public road.SOLUTION: A license plate mounting frame 1 for vehicle proximity warning, includes: a planar part 3 configured in the same size as a vehicle license plate 20 that is disposed on a front surface side, as a vibration plate; a speaker unit 4 disposed on a back surface side of the planar part 3 while being extended in a longitudinal direction of the planar part 3, and having a length shorter than that in the longitudinal direction of the planar part; and noise preventive annular walls 5 each standing up from the planar part 3 toward the back surface side on extended lines of both ends of the speaker unit 4 in a longitudinal direction. |
