PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial foundation for constructing a safe building in a coast region or in the neighborhood of a river.SOLUTION: An artificial foundation 210 is formed with a flow channel FC through which natural disaster fluid such as tsunami or a flash flood flows in a direction where attack of the natural disaster fluid is predicted. Therefore, even when the artificial foundation 210 is constructed in a coast region or in the neighborhood of a river, and the natural disaster fluid such as tsunami or the flash flood occurs, the natural disaster fluid flows through the flow channel FC. Thus, it is possible to reduce the dynamic pressure of the natural disaster fluid such as tsunami or the flash flood, and to prevent a building from being destroyed due to the dynamic pressure of the natural disaster fluid. |
