INFORMATION ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND INFORMATION ANALYSIS METHOD

Conventional word-of-mouth information analysis stores current measurements and measurement data in a cumulative processing unit, making it possible to comprehend only known reviews, requests, and reports. In order to ascertain a customer's potential requests and to predict a number of posts in the future, an information analysis system capable of more accurately ascertaining word-of-mouth communications on the Web and predicting the future actions of customers is requested. This problem can be solved, for example, by an information analysis system that receives the input of an evaluation keyword, acquires, from a posting-information database, posting information including the inputted evaluation keyword, stores this posting information as a feature-value information list, classifies emotional characteristics of the posting information included in the feature value list, calculates the number of consecutive posts of the classified emotional characteristics, generates an interactive-evaluation information list, receives the input of an evaluation duration, predicts a future number of posts for each emotional characteristic, and displays the calculated interactive-evaluation information and predicted future number of posts on a screen.
