The present invention provides a horizontal control support apparatus for a converter brick construction lift which comprises: multiple support members (110) having attachment angles to the bottom surface of the inside of a curved converter (20) to be adjusted; a body (120) having the support members disposed in all directions; a horizontal control body (130) that is disposed on the upper part of the body (120) for controlling horizontality and which has the upper part connected with the converter brick construction lift (10); and a drive unit (140) which controls the horizontality of the horizontal control body (130). The horizontal control support apparatus of the present invention has the effect of improving the efficiency of a brick construction work by being installed closely on the internal bottom surface of the curved converter in order to stably install the converter brick construction lift, and of preventing safety accidents when the converter brick construction lift is tilted for controlling horizontality.
