<p>To solve the problem of introducing and fractionating liquid in a liquid analysis device, a hydrophilic surface (25) is provided on one or both of two substrates (10, 22) that constitute a liquid analysis device, and by utilizing a surface wettability effect, liquid (103) is introduced from an introduction port (101) provided in a space between the two substrates at an end of the device. By forming the hydrophilic surface in a narrowing shape, more efficient fractionation of the liquid is achieved.</p> |
