摘要 The present invention relates to an uninterruptible insulation resistance measurement device of a distribution board and a switchboard which measures a ground insulation resistance current flowing in the insulation resistance based on a measurement value obtained by sampling a leakage current flowing in a load wire in the uninterruptible live wire state. The uninterruptible insulation resistance measurement device according to the present invention comprises; a signal detection part which detects the leakage current flowing in the load wire in the live wire state; a signal processing part which samples the leakage current detected by the signal detection part; an insulation detection part which separates and extracts a valid content current flowing in the insulation resistance from the leakage current sampled by the signal processing part and calculates the insulation resistance using the extracted valid content current; and an automatic correction part which measures a correction signal through the signal detection part by generating the correction signal and performs a correction action by checking whether a measuring value is in a permissible error range or not.
