PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel opening/closing device for almost constantly holding water quantity regardless of a water supply pressure in the case of supplying wash water to a closet, and for further increasing its constant flow rate performance.SOLUTION: A flash valve SV as a channel opening/closing device in which the position of a position adjustment member 60 as an aperture regulation member is adjusted such that a primary side water pressure and the energizing force of a constant flow rate spring is balanced includes a movement position regulation part 103c for regulating the position adjustment of the position adjustment member 60 in a direction in which at least the shrinkage of the constant flow rate spring is regulated. |
