PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-polar power storage element which can be bidirectionally charged/discharged with little loss in spite of an extremely simple configuration not requiring polarity identification.SOLUTION: The all-solid power storage element includes: a first electrode and a second electrode which comprise a lithium-transition metal complex oxide capable of occluding/releasing lithium ions; and a solid electrolyte which is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and has lithium ion conductivity.
