PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of discharging a fluid by reducing a supply amount of a working fluid supplied to a transfer barrier.SOLUTION: A transfer barrier operation apparatus 10 comprises a transfer barrier 12 having an upper chamber 14a and a lower chamber 14b partitioned by a bladder 13. A low-pressure air supply tank 16 for supplying low-pressure air is connected to the upper chamber 14a by a pipe. The lower chamber 14b is provided with an accumulator 23 supplying intermediate-pressure steam by a pipe 22 and a high-pressure steam supply tank 21 for supplying high-pressure steam by a pipe 20 branched with respect to the pipe 22. The intermediate-pressure steam is charged into the lower chamber 14b to compress air in the upper chamber 14a to a high pressure, the high-pressure steam is charged into the lower chamber to achieve a still higher pressure to discharge the high-pressure air, and an electric power generator performs the electric power generation. The high-pressure steam supplied to the lower chamber 14b is lowered to a constant intermediate-pressure steam by a pressure regulating valve provided to the pipe 22, is accumulated in the accumulator 23, and is reused in the next processing. |
