PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collet chuck device capable of easily applying a predetermined load by eliminating variations in load constraining an outer diameter of a workpiece.SOLUTION: A collet chuck device 1 includes: a collet 2 including a plurality of claw portions 4 for holding a radially inside workpiece W, and a tapered outer peripheral surface 4a; a housing 11 placed on an outer peripheral side of the claw portions 4, and including a tapered inner peripheral surface 13a in contact with the outer peripheral surface 4a of the collet 2; an elastic body 15 for supporting between a plate 14 and a bottom 12 of the housing 11; a support frame 20 for supporting the collet 2; a rod 7 with the plate 14 fixed to a tip portion thereof; and a driving mechanism 25 for moving the rod 7 in an axial direction. The driving mechanism 25 includes: a spacer 26 fixed to the rod 7 and having a predetermined thickness in an axial direction; and a stopper member 23 fixed to the support frame 20. When the rod 7 is moved in one axial direction, the rod 7 is brought into contact with the spacer 26 and restricted from being moved. |
