PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element that has both a function of collecting light and a function of bending light so that a plurality of light-receiving units can receive the light, so as to achieve reduction in the number of components, costs, and size, and high performance.SOLUTION: An optical element 1 causes a plurality of light-receiving units to collect light, and has an incident surface 2 and an emission surface 3. A first functional surface 2a having a function of collecting light is formed on the incident surface 2 of the optical element 1, and a plurality of inclined surfaces 3a and 3b having a predetermined inclination angle are formed on the emission surface 3 of the optical element 1. The number of the inclined surfaces 3a and 3b provided is equal to or more than the number of the light-receiving units, and the inclined surfaces 3a and 3b are in contact with each other so as to form a convex part 3c protruding in a traveling direction of light. |
