PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic feature quantity calculation technique capable of accurately extracting a harmonic property in comparison with conventional techniques.SOLUTION: An acoustic feature quantity calculation device 1 comprises: a frame division part for dividing an input acoustic signal into frames of a predetermined time length; and a harmonic property calculation part. In the harmonic property calculation part, a value is calculated while setting n as a sample position in each frame, x(n) as an index indicating a size n-th sample of each frame, δ{x(n)*x(n-1)} as 1 when x(n)*x(n-1) is 0 or smaller and as 0 when x(n)*x(n-1) is larger than 0, pdf(n) as a predetermined probability distribution having n as a variable, f(n) is expressed by a formula: or a formula: below, R(τ) is an autocorrelation function of f(n) when a lag is set as τ, and the calculated value is regarded as a harmonic property of each frame.
