<p>This invention relates to a multi purpose handle grip 10 and more particularly to a multi-purpose handle grip 10 for use as a gripping aid and/or disability aid. The multi-purpose handle grip 10 is fitted to handles to assist the user to manoeuvre and/or use items when the user suffers from limited grip/dexterity and/or disability which would normally restrict the use of the apparatus with conventional handles fitted. The multi-purpose handle grip 10 comprises of a body (1 Figure 1), finger grips {2 Figure 1), an extended portion (3 Figure 1), and a hollow section (4 Figure 1). The extended portion(3 Figure 1) sits on the top of the hand between the thumb and forefinger when the body is gripped and the extended portion (3 Figure 1) provides enhanced stability and grip which enables the user to achieve twisting or tipping actions with very limited grip/dexterity.</p> |
