The fleet structure (1) has a usage control device which is equipped with a receiver to transfer a wireless signal. User code device (B) is provided to transfer a coded entrance signal to lock or release the functions of an industrial truck (3). A service key device (S) is provided to assign the coded entrance signal to enable or disable the functions of the truck.
